This setup enables you to offer individual access to clients while maintaining centralized control over all accounts.
A Sub Account is an independent account that mirrors the features and functionality of your main NytroSEO account. However, all payments related to the Sub Account, including usage and capacity, are billed to the Main Account Holder. Sub Accounts are ideal for Agencies who need to manage multiple clients, each with their own website, SEO settings, and access.
Independent Client Access: Each client gets their own Sub Account, where they can manage their websites independently. This ensures privacy and individualized settings while enabling you to oversee all activities.
Centralized Billing: As the main account holder, you handle all billing for Sub Accounts. You can bill your clients directly based on the services you provide, while you pay NytroSEO for the total usage of all your associated sub accounts.
Administrative Control: You have administrative access to each Sub Account, allowing you to manage settings, usage, and client needs as necessary. This provides you with complete control over your clients’ accounts.
Not Included in Your Plan: The Sub Account feature is not part of your existing NytroSEO plan or Tier. You will need to reach out to Nytro SEO support and agree on your specific capacity requirements for your Sub Accounts and purchase them separately from your current plan/tier.
Custom Capacity: Depending on your business needs, you can customize the capacity (e.g., the number of websites, users, and features) for each Sub Account. The pricing for Sub Accounts is based on the capacity you choose.
Follow these steps to add Sub Accounts to your NytroSEO account:
Contact NytroSEO Support:
To enable the Sub Account feature, reach out to our Customer Support team through via ticket system or by email support@nytroseo.com . You’ll need to specify your needed capacity and usage for the Sub Accounts.
Agree on Capacity and Pricing:
Work with the support team to determine the required capacity for your Sub Accounts. This may include the number of websites, users, or specific features you want for each account.
Complete Payment:
Once capacity and pricing have been finalized, your payment plan wiill be activateed for the Sub Accounts and will be visible on your main ($) section area.
Create and Assign Sub Accounts
There are three methods to associate Sub Accounts with your main account:
The user opens a free account independently, which is then associated with your main account by our support team.
The main account holder opens free accounts for users and then associates them via support.
Users sign up via a dedicated iframe link, and upon registration, they are automatically associated with your main account.
Manage Sub Accounts:
As the main account holder, you will have access to all Sub Accounts under your management. From your dashboard, you can:
Monitor client usage.
Make changes to account settings.
Troubleshoot issues and assist clients as needed.
