Step-by-Step Guide to Integrate Google Search Console with NytroSEO


Step 1: Log In to NytroSEO
Access Your Account: Start by logging into your NytroSEO account with your credentials.
Step 2: Navigate to Settings
Open Settings: From the main dashboard, go to the Settings section, typically located in the sidebar.
Step 3: Access API & Integrations
Find Integrations Options: Under Settings, locate the APIs and Integrations section to manage third-party connections.
Step 4: Connect Google Search Console

  1. Select Google Search Console: Click on Connect Google Search Console. This action will open a prompt for you to log into Google.
  2. Log In to Your Google Account: In the prompt, enter the Google account credentials associated with your GSC profile for the website you want to integrate with NytroSEO.
Step 5: Authorize Access

Grant Permissions: Follow the instructions to authorize NytroSEO’s access to your GSC data, which allows NytroSEO to display and use this data directly.
Step 6: Confirm Connection

Check for Successful Connection: After authorization, you should see a green checkmark confirming that GSC is successfully connected to NytroSEO.

Gray Check Icon 

If the icon appears gray, it means the connected Google account doesn’t have access to the Google Search Console property for the website. To resolve this:

  1. Verify that you’re using the correct Google account or confirm that the site is added to Google Search Console.

  2. Click the Revoke button to remove the currently connected Google account.

  3. Click the Connect Google Search Console button again and follow the steps outlined above to connect a Google account with access to the website’s Search Console property.


How to Add a website property to Search Console

If a website property has not been added yet to the search console, follow the steps below.


  1. Open the property selector dropdown in any Search Console page, or click here.

  2. Select + Add property on the dropdown.

  3. Choose the type of property to add:

    1. URL-prefix property (https://example.com)

    2. Domain property (example.com)

    3. Google-hosted property (Sites, Blogger, Workspace)

  4. Choose a verification method and follow the steps to verify immediately or later.

Using Google Search Console Data in NytroSEO

With the integration complete, NytroSEO will display your GSC metrics in the dashboard.

1. Go to the Keywords or Pages Section:

Navigate to either the Keywords or Pages section within NytroSEO.

2. Click on "Column Management":

Locate the Column Management button on the right side under the Display option.

3. Select Metrics to Display:

Check the boxes for Clicks, Impressions, and CTR to add these metrics to your view.

4. Set the Google Search Console Date:

Choose the desired date range for the GSC data display.

5. Save Changes:

Click Save to apply the settings.
