Enabling the Content Generation Tool

The content generation function is automatically enabled when you select a keyword from the Keyword Manager panel.

1. Navigate to the Keywords Section:

• From your dashboard, go to Keywords → Manage.

2. Select Target Keywords:

• Identify and select the keywords you want to target for content creation.

3. Launch the Tool:

• Click the Content Generation Tool button.

4. Configuration Window:

• A configuration window will open, allowing you to customize all aspects of your content generation.

Configuring the Content Generation Tool

1. Content Type

Choose the format and purpose of your content:

• Article/Post: Ideal for blogs, articles, and general content.

• Press Release (PR): Targeted for media or announcement purposes.

• PR & Article Set: Combines PR content with supportive articles for comprehensive coverage.

2. Content Items

Define the quantity and strategy:

• Single Content Item: Create one piece of content.

• Plan - Topical Authority: Develop content to establish expertise in a subject area.

• Plan - PR: Focus on creating strategic, audience-driven public relations content.

3. Language

Select the preferred language to match your audience.

4. Style

Adjust the tone of your content:

• Professional: Best for formal, business-like communication.

• Friendly: Ideal for approachable, conversational content.

5. Content Generation App

Pick your preferred tool for content creation:

• Use the ChatGPT tool that we developed by default or add the URL/link to your preferred AI tool by clicking the 3 vertical dots.

You can also provide different instructions in the "Add Special Instructions" section below to generate any type of document.

Configuring Keywords

The primary keyword is the term used for the main optimization of the content, strategically placed in the URL, headers, and relevant positions within the content to maximize SEO performance. Secondary keywords should be related to the primary keyword and aim to enhance topical authority.

Primary Keyword

• The main focus of your content.

• Primary keywords are highlighted in a darker shade of blue and marked with a star icon.

• Change the primary keyword by clicking the star icon next to a different keyword.

Secondary Keywords

• Related terms that complement and strengthen the focus of the content.

• Displayed in a lighter shade of blue.

Defining the Target Audience

• Specify the audience for your content:

• Who are they? Customers, recipients, or stakeholders.

• What are their needs? Tailor the content to address their specific interests and challenges.

Adding Special Instructions

Customize your content with additional details, for example:

• Length: Specify word count or preferred depth.

• Focus: Highlight key products, services, or topics to be emphasized.

• Tone: Provide any extra guidance on the tone or style of the writing.

Generating Your Content

Once all settings are configured:

1. Click the Copy button to copy the prompt.

2. Click the Generate button.

3. You will be redirected to the tool, where you can paste the copied prompt.
